Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by Inkworks Limited to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.

Prices, Specifications and Policies
All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight. Inkworks Limited reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We put a lot of time in to ensure the prices and specifications of our product are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.

Freight and Delivery
As an added service to our customers we do not charge for freight within New Zealand. Overseas orders are charged freight based on actual cost.

Inkworks Limited prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale.

Return and Credit Policy
We will provide a full refund for any product that is returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days for any reason whatsoever. For any returns after this time, please contact Inkworks Limited on 0800 080 4657. In most cases we are able to provide a credit although a restocking fee may apply.

Risk and Ownership of the Goods
Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer, and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to Inkworks Limited the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Inkworks Limited as legal and equitable owner.

Privacy Act / Collection of Overdue Monies

"Inkworks Limited ("Inkworks") may collect any information provided by you. This information will be used to maintain and operate your account with Inkworks and to provide you with information regarding any new or existing products and services offered by Inkworks and selected third parties from time to time. Any information collected by Inkworks will be held by Inkworks and Inkworks' agents. You may request access to and correction of your personal information any time by contacting Inkworks at [insert contact details]."


You agree that you will upon demand pay all of Inkworks Limited expenses and legal costs in the collection of all overdue monies. Inkworks Limited reserves the right to charge 2% interest per month on any overdue monies.
