This durable spiral bound A4 Lecture Notebook has a front cover made from 100% recycled polypropylene and the inner pages and back board made from 100% recycled paper.

• The inside page includes a 2 year calendar
• Comes with a snap in bookmark/ruler.
• 120 micro perforated pages offer plenty of writing space and make removal of the pages nice and clean.
• Each page is 7mm ruled.
• The books are 7 hole punched.
